Tax Services Specialist

We are looking for a Tax Services Specialist in Rochester, NY, working Monday to Friday from approximately 8am to 5pm EST, at $23.00/hr.

This role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include providing quality support via phone, email, chat, and documentation, ensuring timely follow-up to resolve issues per SLA. Tasks may involve client support, tax filings, account registrations, research, data entry, and verification using various systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience (payroll or tax experience preferred), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Familiarity with online research tools and systems is advantageous.
