Hardware Lab Lead

This onsite role in Andover, MA, seeks a Hardware Lab Lead with a U.S. security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities include managing lab operations, safety, security, compliance, property, and equipment maintenance across multiple engineering labs.
The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, 3-5+ years of relevant experience in an engineering lab environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
