Behavior Technician – Sign On Bonus

We're hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This full-time, center-based ABA role offers a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with availability required.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 therapy sessions based on ABA principles, track progress using tech tools, and teach meaningful skills to children with autism. You'll collaborate with experienced supervisors, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities for career advancement through a structured progression system.

Compensation includes a $500 sign-on bonus, pay ranging from $24–$26/hour (based on experience), healthcare benefits, a 401(k) match, and generous time off including up to 30 days of PTO and mental health days. Additional perks are holiday closures, bonus recognition, and clear promotion criteria.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, hold a Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a positive, patient attitude. Prior childcare or therapy experience is a plus.
